1. Non-Exclusive Publishing Rights

By accepting this provision, the Central Library shall have the non-exclusive right to save, copy, provide access to the resource worldwide and to create print and electronic copies as required.

This also applies to the metainformation on the resource that can be published additionally via other databases and other publicly accessible interfaces irrespective of the resource itself.

2. Third-Party Rights

By accepting this provision, the depositor declares that no rights of third parties shall be violated by the publication of the resource or any of its components.

3. Publication Guidelines of Research Centre Jülich

By accepting this provision, the depositor declares that the regulations established in the Publication Guidelines of Research Centre Jülich are complied with.

4. Transformation into Other Formats

By accepting this provision, the depositor shall grant the Central Library the right to transfer the resource as required (e.g. migration, accessibility for disabled people, better general accessibility, indexing) into other electronic and physical formats and to us them according to clause 1.

5. Transfer to the German Library (DDB)

By accepting this provision, the depositor shall grant the Central Library the right to transfer the resource and its metainformation to the DDB.

The depositor shall grant the DDB the same rights as the Central Library.
